Know every bottle you own.
Cellar Dash keeps your wine and your spirits in one place: what you have, where it sits, what it is worth, and what to open tonight.
Sign in with a link to your email. Photograph a label and the bottle enters your cellar. Everything after that is the part worth paying attention to.
Free for your first 100 bottles. No password, no card.
A collection outgrows your memory.
Every collector hits the same wall at about the same place — somewhere past the second case, when the cellar stops being a list you can hold in your head.
You buy the bottle you already have
In the aisle you can't remember whether that Barolo is at home or just familiar. So you buy it. It was at home.
Bottles quietly pass their window
The wine you were saving was ready four years ago. Nothing warned you, because nothing was watching.
Open spirits die on the shelf
A heel of bourbon flattens in a season and the vermouth was finished a month after you opened it. Both taste like your fault.
A spreadsheet is a second hobby
It works until the night you open a bottle and don't feel like editing a cell. Two months later the file is fiction.
Eight cellars, one account.
Wine, bourbon, gin, rum, tequila, vodka, beer and sake each get their own inventory, their own fields, and their own dashboard — under one sign-in.
Entry fast enough to keep up with.
The difference between a live inventory and a dead one is how long it takes to add a bottle at eleven at night.
Photograph the label
Point your camera at the bottle. The label is read for producer, vintage, region and size, and you confirm the fields before it lands in the cellar.
Bring the spreadsheet
Import a CSV and the columns are mapped for you — whatever you called them. You preview the result before anything commits.
Keep a wishlist
Track what you're hunting. When you find it, mark it acquired and it moves straight into inventory. Bottles you loved can go back on the list from your drinking history.
Four questions a cellar should answer.
Where is it, physically
Lay out your racks and assign bottles to slots. Ask for a bottle and the answer comes with directions, so you stop excavating the back row to find the front one.
Is it ready
Drink windows are read out of whatever text you or a critic wrote — “2026–2040”, “drink now”, “within 10 years” — and every bottle is scored against this year: Hold, Drink Now, At Peak, or Past. Recalculated each time you look, so a 2019 note doesn't stay 2019 forever.
What is it worth
Record what you paid, refresh current values, and see profit and loss by bottle and across the cellar. Useful for insurance, for selling, and for knowing what you're actually opening on a Tuesday.
What's already open
Spirits don't go from sealed to gone. Log the fill level — full, half, down to the heel — and open bottles sort themselves into a kill list by how urgently they need finishing. Open vermouth gets a month, and it will tell you so.
More collection than you know what to do with.
A tracked cellar stops being a pile and becomes something you can ask questions of. Cellar Dash answers with what you actually own.
Tonight. What to open right now, given the weather, the meal, the mood, or nothing at all.
Pairing. Describe dinner and get bottles from your own shelves, not a generic list.
Your bar. Register your bottles and mixers and see the cocktails you can actually make tonight — and which single ingredient unlocks the most.
Blind flights. Pour a tasting, invite guests by link, collect their scores, then reveal. Results fold back into your notes.
Flavor wheels. Tasting notes accumulate into a picture of what your palate actually likes.
Origins map. Your bottles on a globe, by wine region and distillery, with a region map underneath.
Against the other ways people do this.
Most tools are built for one drink and one purpose: a wine social network, a ratings archive, a premium cellar showpiece, or a spreadsheet you maintain by hand.
